Since our inventory primarily consists of organic food items, natural herbs (Organic Herbs), and fresh vegetarian food products, we have established a clear and fair return and refund policy to ensure a transparent and secure shopping experience.

1. Core Overview

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products (food items and herbs), we cannot accept returns without a valid, verifiable reason due to health, safety, and hygiene standards. Returns or refunds will only be processed under specific circumstances, as detailed below.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns and Refunds

You are eligible for a refund or a replacement if you experience any of the following issues at the time of delivery:

  • Damaged or Spoiled Product: If the product packaging is torn, damaged, or visibly spoiled upon arrival.

  • Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive an item different from what you ordered (e.g., incorrect weight, wrong herb, or completely different item).

  • Missing Items: If an item from your confirmed order invoice is missing from the delivered package.

⚠️ Mandatory Requirement (Parcel Unboxing Video): To validate any claims regarding damages, wrong items, or missing products, you must record a single, continuous, unedited unboxing video while opening the parcel. This video is strictly required by our quality assurance team to process your request.

3. Non-Returnable Items

No returns or refunds will be entertained under the following conditions:

  • If the product packaging has been opened, used, or if the safety seal is broken (unless the product inside is proven to be spoiled upon opening).

  • If the product spoils due to improper storage on the customer's part (such as exposing organic herbs to moisture, damp environments, or direct sunlight).

  • Decisions based on personal taste preferences, as organic and natural products can vary slightly in flavor and texture depending on seasonal harvests.

  • Any complaints or claims raised after 24 hours from the time of delivery.

4. Complaint Timeframes

  • Dehydrated Organic Herbs & Packaged Food: Complaints must be registered within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Fresh Food / Restaurant Items (If Applicable): Complaints must be registered within 1 hours of delivery.

5. Refund Process

  1. Submit a Claim: If your case meets the eligibility criteria, please contact our official support channels or email us at mukesh@ranthambhorefoods.in with your Order ID, product photographs, and the mandatory unboxing video.

  2. Verification: Our quality team will review your claim and the provided video evidence within 24 to 48 working hours.

  3. Approval & Payout: Once approved, your refund will be processed. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method or designated bank account within 5 to 7 working days.

6. Order Cancellation

  • You can only cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched from our facility or garden. Once the package is handed over to our courier partner, the order cannot be cancelled or recalled.
