Welcome to Ranthambhore Foods and Service. We are committed to delivering our fresh, organic products and authentic flavors to you in the safest and most efficient way possible. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how your orders are processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Local fresh food orders within Sawai Madhopur are processed and dispatched immediately to ensure maximum freshness.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on major national holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the items and the delivery location.

• Local Delivery (Within Sawai Madhopur): Delivered within 1 to 3 hours (for fresh foods and restaurant orders).

• Regional Delivery (Within Rajasthan): Delivered within 3 to 4 business days.

• Interstate Delivery (Rest of India): Delivered within 4 to 7 business days (for packaged organic herbs and products).

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• Once your packaged order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number(s).

• The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of shipment, allowing you to monitor your delivery status online.

4. Damages and Issues

• We take utmost care in packaging our organic products in eco-friendly and secure containers.

• If you receive your order damaged or if the packaging is broken, please contact our customer support team immediately within 24 hours of delivery with photographs & video of the damaged product. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.

5. Delivery Address Accuracy

• Please ensure all delivery details (Address, Landmark, and Contact Number) are correct before finalizing your order. We will not be responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
